 The goal of the 3-day end user course is to teach end users how to navigate the Tridium Niagara N4 environment using the Workbench tool. Students will learn how to make changes to a pre-built Station and add Histories, Alarms, Graphics, Bacnet points, Users, and a lot more. The course has some pre-requisites to complete before the student has access to the main course. This course is self-paced with over 30 videos demonstrating each of the labs. The labs are hands-on and the student will work on a live Vykon Jace. Each student will be issued a license for the N4 Workbench tool that is valid for 120 days

What do I need on my end to take the course?
We recommend using a desktop or laptop running Windows 10 64-Bit with at least 8GB RAM.

A fast internet connection is required (10MB/sec at least)

At least 2 monitors are necessary

The instructor will be available during the week by phone for one on one assistance as needed.



***If you are using a Mac, the instructor will not be able to assist with any issues that may arise in class.***
How long is the course?
The course is 2 1/2 to 3 days. It is self-paced, but access to the Jace is only granted for 3 days.
Does this course have a test?
No
Do I need any computer experience to take this course?
The course is designed for beginners. All you need to know is how to use a computer and a web browser. it is taught at a very slow pace and every step is shown in detail.
Our site has N4 already. I need to know how to make changes to it. Should I take this course or the certification course?
If you already have N4 and need to be able to modify things, this is a good course for you. You will learn how to add histories, alarms, modify graphics, add users, and BACnet points to existing controllers.
Do I need to be an administrator on my Windows machine to take the course?
No. All you need to be able to do is install a few programs (Workbench and Tosibox VPN)
Will I have access to the course after I finish it?
Yes. The only thing you will lose access to is the Jace you work on live during the class.
